PetAdoro is an independent discovery platform. We search and curate pet merchandise from various merchant catalogs on Shopify and link out to them.

We are not a seller of record, merchant, or retailer. We do not take orders, process payments, manage inventory, ship products, or handle customer returns or refunds. Any purchase you make is conducted directly on the merchant's external storefront.

2. Third-Party Transactions & Disclaimer

All products, prices, and stock statuses displayed on our site are provided by third-party merchant catalogs. While we load this data live, pricing and stock can change rapidly. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

Any contract for purchase is strictly between you and the respective third-party merchant. We are not liable for:

• Defective, damaged, or mislabeled items.
• Shipping delays, billing disputes, or non-delivery.
• Product safety, fit, or claims made by the merchant.

Any customer service questions, disputes, or return requests must be directed to the selling merchant.
